How long will shipping take?

Our posting days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Please make sure you order by midday on Friday if you would like your order shipped before the weekend

What do I do if an item is damaged?

If there is any damage on an item we are selling we will mention this in the description and show photographs. If there is additional issue when the item arrive please email us directly at info@wingsvintage.co.uk

What if something I order isn't my size?

We do list all the sizes and measurements before you purchase. We would not offer a return an item that was purchased in the wrong size.

What if my item does not arrive?

We ship everything via a tracked service so please check the tracking details that we issued along with your purchase and check the shipping status with the carrier before contacting us. As soon as the item has left our studio and we give you the tracking number it is out of our control.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from the Wings Vintage HQ in London, United Kingdom.

Do you ship worldwide?

We do ship orders world wide. If you are located in in an area that we haven't listed shipping for please contact us before making your purchase so we can make the correct shipping arrangements for you.

Can I model for you?

We are constantly looking for new models to help us with social media or TikTok so please feel free to get in contact with us through Instagram or drop us an email :)
