FAQ's ABOUT OUR SWAP SHOP "SWAPSIES"


Our swap shop is open every Friday 2-8pm and Saturday 11-5pm.
Bring in your unwanted clothes to get credit to spend in store.
1 item = £1 credit to spend at wings.

  • We only accept 15 items per customer per week
  • Credits expire four weeks after items are brought in
  • Credits cannot be used on Boutique items in store

Items Accepted:

  1. All types of clothes (e.g., tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear).
  2. Clothes from any brand, including fast fashion brands.
  3. Clothes in good condition, without holes, stains, or markings.
  4. Swimwear in good condition.
  5. Accessories such as belts, scarves, hats, and bags.
  6. Jewellery donations (not eligible for credit).

Items Not Accepted:

  1. Underwear or intimate apparel.
  2. Clothes with holes, stains, or markings.
  3. Children's clothes (currently not accepting due to limited storage capacity).
  4. Damaged or heavily worn-out items.
  5. Jewellery for credit (accepted as donations only).
  6. Leggings.
  7. Tights.
  8. Footwear.

If you have existing credit you would like to use before it expires and you are unable to come to the thrift store, please drop us an email and we will be happy to send you a voucher to spend online. Please note these vouchers can only be used to purchase Bargain items, (all items in the £15 and under section).

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY ITEMS THAT WE DO NOT DEEM AS SUITABLE.
